Our Signature Renovation Experience™ is the process we use for remodels, additions, and transformative updates to existing homes. We focus on two things and do them well. Do you handle design, or do we need our own designer?

What is the difference between the Signature Build Experience and the Signature Renovation Experience?
The Signature Build Experience™ is our guided path for building a custom home from the ground up: vision and lifestyle planning, lot and design guidance, transparent budgeting, project management, craftsmanship oversight, and a final walkthrough with continued support. The Signature Renovation Experience™ is the guided path for renovating an existing home: discovery of your needs, space planning and designer-curated selections, clear scope and timeline, clean jobsite standards, steady communication, and a completion backed by warranty support.
How long does a custom home or major renovation take?
Timelines depend heavily on scope, the size of the project, selections, and whether it is a build or a renovation, so we give you a clear, realistic timeline for your specific project before work begins rather than a one-size number.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Resurrection Homes is properly licensed and insured in the communities where we build, and we handle the permitting and local licensing requirements for your project so you do not have to. Across more than 17 years of building and renovating throughout the Kansas City metro, navigating the requirements of each city and county is simply part of how we work.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Resurrection Homes project includes warranty support as part of our process, so your relationship with us does not end at the final walkthrough. We stand behind our craftsmanship and stay available after the work is done.
